• Expansion of production processes to improve the service provided to our customers.
• To improve the enviromental information of our products provided to our customers, to raise awareness of the impacts on the Environment.
• To improve the information available from our partners to positively influence pollution prevention.
• To positively influence the environmental behaviour of our suppliers and subcontractors.
• To enhance environmental information for external stakeholders regarding the impact of our products.
• To minimise the impact of significant environmental aspects generated by the organisation.
To achieve these objectives, it is the policy of VENTA DE SOPORTES PUBLICITARIOS (DONO DARE®) to lead and drive the execution of the following actions:
• Establish an effective and efficient integrated Quality and Environmental system, planned and developed in conjunction with the other functions of the Management.
• Define continuous verification systems, based on results and objective evidence, that allow for determining the adequacy of the services provided against the established requirements and commitments.
• Work on the continuous improvement of the processes established in the organisation and the defined working operations.
• Maintain systems to measure customer and user satisfaction.
• Manage the company’s environmental aspects, monitoring those that directly affect the services implemented.
